Denbow has assembled a strong technical and operations team that provides the expertise to ensure success for all their projects. We are currently home to over 40 employees involved in all aspects of processing, transportation, and installation of wood residuals. Founder

Bill started Denbow in 1981 with a poultry transportation contract, and has grown Denbow into a full service forest-by-product, organics manufacturing and transportation company. As a visionary, Bill’s has pushed Denbow into being the industry leader by introducing specialized equipment such as the Stone Slinger, Horizontal Grinder and Express Blower to the BC markets. Denbow is a family run company, with some of Bill & Joanne’s kids working at Denbow.

Michelle McEachern

Michelle McEachern

CEO & GM

Michelle has grown up with Denbow, starting in the mid-1980’s washing trucks and working in the yard. She obtained her Class 1 license and has since been involved in every aspect of Denbow’s agriculture work: driving, installing sawdust, operating blower trucks, and dispatching. Currently, Michelle is Denbow’s Vice President. Her experience in the field gives her a unique understanding and special rapport with our clients.

Fleet & Maintenance Manager

Paul has over 20 years of experience at Denbow, starting as a poultry hauling driver. Paul has grown into his current position of Fleet & Maintenance Manager. Paul’s responsibilities include insuring that equipment is maintained and performing as designed as well as training equipment operators to work efficiently and safely. Paul exhibits exceptional trouble-shooting skills and is a point-person and resource for operations staff company-wide.

General Manager

Justin Gauthier joined Denbow in July 2025 as our first General Manager, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, transportation, and construction. Known for his collaborative style and problem solving approach, he works to streamline processes, remove roadblocks, and support every team member’s success. Based in Agassiz, BC with his wife and three children, Justin was drawn to Denbow’s strong sense of family and community and is committed to guiding the company’s continued growth.

Travis Kuthar has joined Denbow as our Operations Manager, bringing a strong background in logistics, sales, and project management. With a people-first mindset that aligns closely with our values, Travis is here to support our team and help keep operations running smoothly.

Office/IT/Marketing Manager

Tanya started at Denbow in administration and reception in 2007. Then started serving Denbow and our clients in the role of Dispatcher until 2019. She is now currently in the role of Office, IT Marketing Manager taking on a whole new Opportunity with Denbow.

Arielle joined Denbow as our HR Manager September 2025, bringing a strong background in People and Culture with experience across corporate and community-focused organizations. With expertise in employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits, health and safety, and team culture.

John started at Denbow in 2021. He brings 25 plus years of Business to Business sales and project management experience to our team. Working hard as a Technical Sales Representative, his goal is to build new relationships and work together with our customers on all types of Environmental & Landscape opportunities and projects.

Jeremy started his career at Denbow as a truck driver with a focus in Environmental and Landscape work. He has moved into his role as Estimator. Jeremy continues to serve our clients with the hands on experience and knowledge he learned as operator.

Blair has been a part of our sales team since 2016 and came to us with years of administrative experience. Blair is currently working as a part of a dynamic Sales team taking care of our with Environmental Landscaping clients to provide information, quotes, and recommendations on the best product for your specific project.

Danielle G Starting working with Denbow in January 2021. She is one of the friendly voices you hear when calling into our office. Danielle works in our Admin team having started in reception, order taking and answering customer questions. Danielle is now taking care of the sales administration working with Residential & Environmental Landscaping clients to provide information, quotes, and recommendations on the best product for your specific project.

Tanja started working with Denbow as our dispatcher in June 2019. She is responsible for order taking, dispatching our trucks and team efficiently and ensuring that your order was scheduled & delivered as required.

Ali has been with us since 2022 and came to us with a customer service background. Ali started as our receptionist and is now the gal that makes sure our Accounts Receivable are kept up to date, and that incoming information and requests get to the right people.

Cecilia is Denbow’s Reception/Administrative Assistant, and one of the first friendly faces you’ll connect with when you reach out. Since joining the team in September 2025, she’s brought a strong background in customer service excellence, helping customers feel supported, informed, and taken care of from the very first call. Whether she’s welcoming visitors, coordinating requests, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Cecilia is a steady, positive presence.

Rachel came to Denbow in 2024. She is helping her team with administrative tasks as well as helping in marketing with research and social. When Rachel is not at work, you’ll probably find her at the gym, spending time with my family, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She has two little ones, a boy and a girl, who mean the world to her.

Business Accountant

Melanie has been working with us since 2015 as our Business Accountant. She came to us with 12 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience including full cycle accounting as well as cash flow and budget reporting. Melanie works as a part of our Finance Team to keep our books balanced, our insurance up-to-date and our taxes are remitted.

Jess joined Denbow in May 2025 as our Accounts Payable Associate where she brings her keen eye and a knack for crunching numbers. Whether she’s tracking down wayward receipts or issuing payments, Jess is always up for a challenge. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting cozy sweaters, getting lost in a good book or grinding in her favourite videogames.

Sahib started with Denbow in April 2023. He currently works part time and is finishing his computer science degree at UFV. Sahib makes sure all computers are working correctly and the server is maintained and up to date.

Zazzles was adopted in the Spring of 2020, and she instantly became a staple here at Denbow Transport.
She greets customers at the door and never fails to put a smile on our faces. Her favourite pass times are snoozing on keyboards, demanding to go for walks and knocking over absolutely everything on our desks. She is the highlight of our day.
